I am not suprised by Doc's awesomeness this year in Phillie. Happy and thrilled for the Halladay family and friends, but never surprised. And thanks to iTunes, I will be the proud owner of a copy of both of Doc's historic games this year.
I haven't been able to watch much of the playoffs yet, but from the highlights I've seen they've been good. I'm looking forward to watching the League Championship series soon.
The next part of "Portrait of a Fan..." will be up in the next two days, with part 3 to follow shortly after. I'm also hoping to get the second Baseball Bookshelf Recommendation up soon. I'm reading The Mental ABC's of Pitching right now, as I continue my off-season personal challenge of getting through all the baseball books I picked up in 2010 that I haven't read yet.
If you're in Ontario, I hope you're enjoying the amazing weather. Anywhere else in the world, hope things are pretty there right now, too.
