I know I'm a little late commenting on this, but...
Shea Hillenbrand has again parted ways with a team after not getting enough playing time. At some point, wouldn't you start thinking that maybe you just might be overestimating your own ability, or not doing what's best for the team?
Maybe the messages in the Jays' Clubhouse last year before he was traded were more the thinking he perscribes to all the time, instead of a reaction to a certain situation? We'll never know, but a little part of me is more inclined to believe the former.
Still, when I walk around Rogers Centre and see pictures of him up, I take solace in the fact that him leaving Toronto got us Jeremy Accardo . The Angels got nothin'. Sorry Anaheim.
