Seriously? Seriously.

Let me get this straight....in hopes of (I don't know) casting yourself as the good guy in all of this you're willing to go up against a pillar of the Blue Jays history? You honestly think you can tar the loyalty we feel for Harry Leroy Halladay III by telling us that he plans on doing what he has the right to do?

Mr. Halladay owes this organization nothing. We're in the loss column here and I don't mean because when his current contract was signed we got a deal (and therefore owe him more money.) We have NEVER delivered on the vision he was sold on to stay long-term. Your 5 year plan is blown out the door at this point and frankly I really can't understand why you do still have your job. Whiteout trade, sharpie in fire.

I'm concerned about the mental state of the person calling the shots on the business side of Jays baseball. I think all Jays fans should be, too.

I'm also concerned about the classlessness of his move to make the "announcement" he did. Smells like he knows he's goin' down and wants to take people with him. Maybe I'm just being cynical. But seriously, what was the point otherwise?

Take a page from Mr. Halladay and learn some class. Wait...you can't. His tact, class and respect are so far out of your atmosphere of ability you'd be completely lost. You won't win. You're not the good guy in Blue Jays fan hearts. Never have been, never will be. I honestly do worry if you believe the delusion that you ever could.
